Everything is new, all details very well thought of, beautifully decorated, oriented in the comfort of the guest. Incredibly clean. The owner is a very nice person, making his guests feel welcome, also providing very useful tips. The location is very quiet, convenient parking right by the entrance. We liked everything. Beautiful apartment close to the lugano lake. Simona was a great host. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated. It has a lot of space for 4 people. We even worked 1 day there. The wifi was very good. The terrace is nice and spacious. The whole apartment is private. It is equipped with everything you need. Our dogs also had a good time there. Highly recommended.

Spotlessly clean - had the added benefit of a washing machine. Undercover, private parking which was one of the main reasons for booking it. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of added touches like local produce. Wifi worked very well. Andrea was lovely. If we go that way again we would certainly pay another visit. The room was very quiet we barely heard anyone.

    Hotel located in the small town not far from Komo. Free parking with a huge amount of free space. The rooms are super comfortable and clean. There is also a bar available on the ground floor. The owner meets you with a cup of flavor coffee or a shot of Limonchello as well. The Italian breakfast is also included and very tasty. We were impressed by the top level of service provided here.
