Everything about the hotel is excellent! The quality of the materials used and the attention to details are outstanding! The location is perfect since it’s in a very quite area, but very close to San Marco. And also the customer service is at another level, we felt extremely welcomed and we got a lot of help in planning everything we wanted for our trip (thank you Corina, you were amazing)! The restaurant is also very good, with delicious dishes and friendly staff. Can’t wait to be back!

Very clean and homely apartment with everything you could need - large rooms, great location (canal outside window), quiet (and yet close to everything). Francesco was so kind left us lots of little extras and kept our luggage after check out. If you want a real Venetian experience this is a lovely place to stay - would definitely stay here again if in Venice.

very nice place and friendly. Decoration is a nice Italian style. place is quite and very clean. breakfast served from 7 to 10:30 is full of choice and tasty. The hotel is at Academy near the grand canal and 2 stop drop piazza ST Marco. The hotel is very well place and I will return next time I come. They even offered to keep our bags the last day.

    Clean hotel, good breakfast in an adjacent hotel. It can be reached on foot from the parking lot which costs 35E for 24 hours. the beautiful scenery.  At the reception, I met a gorgeous woman from Romania whom I greeted with love!
