Beautiful room with ocean view. Big and spacious room. Clean. The staff were friendly even though they knew little English they went above and beyond to help and accommodate us. They are great and service minded. We will definitely be back!

The view and location of the hotel were out of this world. The staff was also very friendly and tried to help, even though they had some problems understanding English.

Great location (less than 1.5 km from bus/ferry). You can easily walk from there. The appartement is the most comfy we had during our 1 month stay in Japan. Kitchen is well equiped. The small balcony is a great bonus.

Everything you need and a great location. Was easy to take the bus in from the airport. I love the scheme for being more sustainable and giving reward incentives. If you stay in Ishigaki, then staying here is a no brainer
