Everything was perfect: - location is in the very center of the town, 12min walk from train station - employees at reception are very nice and helpful - rooms are clean and cute, as always with Onyado Nono hotels - very good onsen : several hot springs baths, and even 4 private baths onsen rooms - there are available sets of yukata to wear in the hotel - welcome drinks and juices in the lobby are pleasant , as well as free ice creams, yakult and evening ramen - breakfast was excellent and the staff made the effort to change my menu for the 2nd morning (note : there is no western breakfast but this is not an issue for me) - dinner was excellent, the employee did her best to explain the English menu, it was very clear

The onsen was a great addition to the overall stay, especially the outdoor one. The room was very spacious for two people and we had a perfect view. The staff also went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay and treated us with a drink and a printed photo of us from our dinner as a honeymoon gift!

Great place to stay, good location although be aware the access is a bit narrow if you drive a big car. The "neighbourhood" is great with such a flavor of old Japan but with all the comforts of the modern times. We were travelling with children and the hosts were so kind to leave treats and juices and all. 100% recommend this place and I will be very glad if I get the chance to stay there again.
