Best location - close from Odori/Susukino subway station, bus stop, airport limusine, department stores, convenience store, TV tower, Odori park, just anything you would want. Friendly staff - helpful, informative, quick. Free coffee at the lobby every day. Great view - in my room on the 13th floor we could see the tv tower & nice view of the city. Clean & warm & quiet room There’s nothing more I can ask to a hotel. It is just the best you can get especially for this price, highly highly recommend

The room is super clean and spacious. It's within walking distance from the center of the city, so quite convenient. The hotel staff is also very friendly and kind. I accidentally left the earrings behind, so requested the hotel staff to mail them back to my singapore address. They are very helpful and responded to my requested promptly. we stayed two nights in this house. the location is good. we can walk to some restaurants nearby and supermarkets nearby. the house is clean, beds are comfortable. kitchen is equipped with cooking tools. the dinning room and living room are big. i like the washing machine there. it washed and dried the clothes well, almost dried when we took the clothes out. host provided detailed instruction of the use of water heater, washing machine, self check-in, and other electronic devices. host replied our messages quickly. there is a small living room on the second floor. all rooms are equipped with air conditioner. we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect. This is a spacious and beautifully appointed residence that is both immaculately clean and comfortable. ​For entertainment, complimentary Netflix access is provided, allowing me to enjoy my preferred series in the evening.
