Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

The guesthouse is very conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk from the Mt Fuji train station. This is a small facility, a basic modern style four story building, very clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable, firm mattress with four pillows. They provided complimentary unlimited coffee and teas, and also pijamas with slippers. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. They had a variety of items for purchase such as ramen soups and candles. And they had some rental bicycles available.

The location is perfect, close to the lake and there’s a convenience store at walking distance. The views of Fuji are awesome. Michi is so nice and wholesome. He picked us up at the station and was very attentive at all times. Will go back.
