One of the best hotels at which I have EVER stayed... beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and in the larger double rooms incredibly beautiful bathrooms, beds, decor - everything was just stunning and incredible value. Unfortunately this was a very small onsen town that most people wouldn't visit but because of that the staff were incredible as they weren't used to non japanese tourists. They bent over backwards to help us and inform us of how things work. The room had a large window overlooking the river and it was very zen watching the sunset. The private onsen was wonderful and i couldn't recommend the experience enough. If you want to get off the beaten track i would recommend this place as a great reset after a hectic japanese schedule.

All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. At the room there were various snacks, fruits and drinks. Thank you and we will stay again when we visit Arima Onsen once again.

Amazing stay in the magic town of Arima Onsen, incredibly helpful staff assisted us in checking in in an amazing traditional yet modern structure. Super clean with a very large bathroom and tatami bedroom, great services provided and magic feeling of traveling back in time. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful 2 nights at this enchanting hotel to celebrate our 5-year anniversary. From the room to the food, the building and the Onsen, it was a celebration for all the senses. The food was exceptional - from dinner to breakfast, the dishes were prepared with the freshest ingredients, all sourced locally. What made the stay truly special was the staff, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

My parents and I have enjoyed everything there. Highly recommended place to chill and relax with partner, friends and family. It's not only about the gold spring, but also about the delicious Japanese food, amazing staff and services, and the best coffee we've ever had in Japan. Wish I can get a hint of where to buy it lol. Many thanks to this fantastic place. We love it!
