This resort has been probably the best one on our whole 2 weeks trip in Kenya. The rooms are spacious, all the staff is absolutely professional but nevertheless kind and friendly. We fully enjoyed our stay at Kilaguni... the room, the pool and expecially the restaurant with its magnificent view of the two potholes.

The staff were excellent and were always ready to assist. Staying in this unique lodge with swing bridges and watching elephants wandering by from our room was a blast! The small group safaris were safe, fun, and well organized in the pop top jeeps . The food in the restaurants was delicious. We also enjoyed time at the pool . Brilliant holiday

A magical hotel along the river, where wildlife is an integral part of the experience – elephants, impalas, crocodiles, hippos, monkeys, and on rare occasions, even lions have been spotted just outside the cottages. The staff, from the reception to the security guards, are both professional and incredibly hospitable. In particular, the hotel manager, Festes Mbeva, is the most humble and welcoming person I have ever met. Cooling off in the pool after a safari trip and relaxing in the shade while the cool breeze offers relief on a hot afternoon is an experience I will never forget. The rooms are of excellent quality, and both breakfast and dinner were delightful. We decided to extend our stay by another night, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in two years.

The food was great. The stuff and the view was lovely. We slept in the tents and we loved every minute of it. Lots of monkeys out side and u could really feel the nature... and the beautiful cinery.

The staff was focused on safety, making sure everyone was okay after dark given the proximity of predators outside the camp. The staff at this hotel were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was absolutely beautiful, much more than we expected! Clean, light and comfortable more than big enough for 3 of us! The pool was warm and clean with loungers and towels. Food was a buffet style with lots to chose from so we were all happy! As we were full board, we took a packed lunch with us on the day we left and that was to the same high standard as dinner and breakfast had been in the hotel.
