All staff are so nice and politely. Specially Anne from Front Desk, IRD team, and concierge team are so great with greeting. Thanks so much for the arrangement for room upgrade, appreciate it and for sure will come back next time. Cleanness is wonderful and I guess HSKP did a great job too. I regret that I only made a reservation for one day. The floor was so clean that my 2-year-old daughter could crawl on it without any worries. I slept comfortably on the two queen-sized, low-floor beds! Our host even connected the baby channel and Netflix for us, so our child could fall asleep while watching a movie. Meanwhile, we enjoyed drinks in the living room and caught up in a cozy little space after a long time apart. The power of a good environment! The interior design, lighting, and furniture were all so appealing that it felt truly rejuvenating. Thank you, host!
