Very clean, cosy, and modern facilities. It is a separate cabin behind the family home and there are beautiful views. The metal fence blocks the views somewhat but it's still visible if you walk around the property. The owner was very friendly and prepared a very delicious breakfast for us.

Amazing location and views. This little houses which a nice garden are incredibly cosy and romantic. You can climb up the hills just behind the garden for amazing views in the evening. Breakfast is wonderful and so is the staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything is very good and over our expectation. Mama is very kind and she didn't charge us any extra for dinner, breakfast and lunch. Room is tiny but clean and very good which bathroom is attached in the room. Location is very good as well where such the gate of saty village. Most recommended on this hotel.

Very nice host, trying to be helpful. This is a new separated house in their family courtyard, with few bedrooms and includes a common guest area for separate shower and toilet, both very clean. I warmly recommend it as an option to support local tourism development. The conditions are in line with the photos and the price.

We had a fantastic night at Tulpar Village. The houses are in the garden of the owners home and you become part of their families life for a day. My kids played with their kids, watched when a sheep was slaughtered in the garden and the owner helped us with our laundry. The houses are clean and spacious, there is warm water and breakfast is freshly prepared and tasty. The price is more than fair and the location is great if you want to visit Kolsay or Kaindy lake. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay at the cottage in Saty Village was truly memorable. The place was very cozy and had a lovely, homely feel — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. What made it even more special was the host. She personally prepared a delicious breakfast for us and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her kindness and care really stood out, and it felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and heartwarming experience in Saty!

The newly opened vegetarian Indian restaurant Taj India was excellent. As a vegetarian we were told that there are no veg options available however to our surprise this new restaurant made us feel home. Property too is situated in a fantastic location.
