I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

This guest House deserves more than a 10. Large breakfast menu with a lot to choose from. Big family rooms with Big bathroom and hot showers. Nice common areas as well. The hosts and staff takes The stay from Great to excellent. Knowledgeable, helpfull and very Nice people who made The stay feel like a home. They managed a freshly made, and very friendly dinner at short notice, and served us tradtitional health drinks as an extra treat for breakfast. My family loved The stay, and I whole-heartedly reccomends this guest House!

We loved our stay at Cozy Heaven! Lovely family, comfortable bed, great breakfast and dinner. We also bought a trip to three different waterfalls and tea factory from Sanjaya, which was also great and reasonably priced compared to other options. Sanjaya also helped us to get seats on the train to Ella, because we didnt have reserved seats. He also gave us really good tips for the rest of our journey!
