I got to spend a day at green garden homestay with very good care. I am very happy about it. The food and room facilities were very good. I got to experience a very free environment specially with a canal. Nilu worked very closely with us. I am thankful for that. The jeep safari was also very good. I also liked the boat safari very much. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. A very good, loving and strong woman. I recommend everyone to come and enjoy your free time.

The owner was very nice to me. He offered me free drining water and arranged it himself. Two times I got lost, I couldn't find my way to the guest house, since it's a bit further inside from the main road. He was very kind to come and pick me with his motorcycle. The room and toilet was newly built and clean. AC was working perfectly fine, although during night I didn't need it. The bed was comfortable and huge. He also provided me with cutleries when I needed. There's public transport available to Pollonaruwa 10 minutes walking distance from the place. Getting a Tuktuk might be a bit challenging.

The manager and his staff are just amazing. Such nice people. We had a room in the newer building with terrace. the monkeys visited us on the terrace :-) ! The room was spacious and very clean The food is very good and honest. you really feel welcome at this place, don't hesitate to book here ! Moreover the price we paid was one the best value price places in Sri Lanka

Our stay at Lake Cabin in Polonnaruwa met all our expectations. The host was extraordinarily friendly and understanding. The view from the balcony looking over the lake was mesmerizing. We are a family from the UK who visited Sri Lanka for a holiday. While searching for a good apartment or villa near the temples and relics in the Polonnaruwa area, we came across this little gem. Pearl White was one of only two properties available for our chosen dates. At first, we were a bit hesitant to book, as it was a recently listed property with just two reviews, both from local visitors. However, I decided to reach out to the property, and I was able to connect directly with the owner, Sisira. He was kind enough to explain the facilities in detail and share valuable insights about the place. Our conversation gave us a very good understanding and helped build our confidence in choosing Pearl White over the other options. It turned out to be a fantastic decision! We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay and we booked the entire villa. The location is excellent, very close to the town centre and major heritage sites. The villa itself is spacious, cozy, and exceptionally clean from the beds and linen to the toilets. Everything was well-maintained. We found every little convenience available, from matchboxes and a lit barbecue to massage bathtubs. I highly recommend this property without any hesitation, and we would definitely love to return. Special thanks to Sisira for taking such good care of us and always being reachable via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything.

Once we left the crowded Colombo we arrived to this magical and relaxing place, surrounded by nature and a few minutes away from Polonnaruwa. The place, the room, the bath, the hospitality and the GREAT host that we had really made our visit worth it.
