Our stay at Terrace Cinnamon View was incredible! The view from our room and the entire hotel was absolutely breathtaking—one of the best we’ve ever seen. The infinity pool made it even better, with stunning scenery all around as you swim or relax. The food was fantastic! We had both breakfast and dinner there, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and so well-prepared. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making sure we felt right at home and had everything we needed. Only 2 km from the hotel is a beautiful waterfall that we highly recommend visiting—it’s a short trip and absolutely worth it. We really wished we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. We’ll definitely be back—it’s a place we’ll always remember!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful Bungalow during our visit to Sinharaja rain forest. Bungalow Manager, Ishan together with the chef and butler ensured we had an amazing experience with a very attentive service. The food was amazing and the Sri Lankan cooking demo followed by delicious lunch in the garden is a must try. The bungalow itself had a very luxurious set up and beautiful interior with views to die for. We wished we could've stayed longer at this beautiful place.

The room was massive and had every amenity you could need. It was nicely tucked away from the main street of Ratnapura so had beautiful views and plenty of space. When I booked, I asked Bhanu the host for assistance in booking some gem tours while I was there. He came through and helped me organise the best tour guide in Ratnapura, Sampath Perera. Breakfasts were delicious, affordable and so much food that I was not hungry for dinner on either of the days I stayed. So glad I decided to stay here, could not recommend this place more!

We made our booking late at night, and even at that hour, Malith was incredibly friendly and helpful. The owner was also very polite and accommodating. After making the reservation, I called to confirm and everything went smoothly. The room was perfect — very clean with fresh linens, and the overall atmosphere from check-in to check-out was superb. Beautiful hotel with modern clean rooms and an immaculate swimming pool surrounded by jungle scenery. Most importantly, the staff did whatever was needed to make our stay enjoyable. The English Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of fruit and fresh juice. One day we had an early trip with a local guide Sampa Wayo and the breakfast was prepared for us in takeaway containers. Another day we fancied red wine and the staff purchased and delivered one for us immediately. Thank you!
