Max and his wife are just great hosts, very helpful in every way. The location is great, you are really right on the beach, which is absolutely not busy, for days you don't see any tourist ever. Along with that comes that there is no restaurant nearby, but Max might lend you his bycicle, and in 5 minutes you are there. You can also ask Max, they cook for you.

I loved everything about this amazing place! facilities are great, everything is working perfectly. beds were very comfortable. but the most amazing part of the Villa is the owner - Sharmila and her husband are so hospitable, friendly, they will help with everything and even more! Breakfast with a garden view is also amazing. I highly recommend this place for everyone. Here you will feel like you are a part of family.

STUNNING!! Such a beautiful property and rooms, the interior and feel is luxurious and welcoming. The manager Nishantha was so hospitable, he went above and beyond to accommodate us, he made our stay feel like a home. He was kind, patient and generous with his time and made sure we felt safe and comfortable both on the property and beyond in our travels of Sri Lanka. We loved the place so much we booked to stay again! The onsite chef is amazing, the breakfast was so delicious and generous! The staff are also very helpful and kind you can see and feel the love and care in this property.

The lady was very nice and welcoming, as I was facing some issues in my travel, she tried to help. The dinner was also incredibly good, healthy and tasty. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Bed is very comfortable. I had a very good time there.
