Honestly, if we could give it 20 out of 10, we would! As for the one negative review we came across—it couldn’t be further from our experience and honestly came off as more laughable than legitimate. The villa is absolutely wonderful - cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a group. The kitchen was fully equipped for hosting a New Year's celebration dinner for 10 adults and 3 kids. The living room features a sound system and TV, and there was also a coffee machine with tea and coffee available for guests, which was a nice touch. One note: one of the bedrooms is adjacent to the living room, so it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The other bedrooms are on the second floor, and the fifth bedroom is in an open attic space. There’s one bathroom on the first floor and two on the second (one shared in the hallway(has a bathtub and a shower) and another ensuite in one of the bedrooms (shower)). There’s plenty of parking in the backyard, which is very convenient. Upon our arrival, the house was well heated as per our request, making it feel extra welcoming. We quickly realized the villa was so lovely that we didn’t want to rush out at 11 am, so we reached out to extend our checkout time for the additional fee, which was no problem
