If you are looking for something a little different than the usual run of hotels I recommend staying here, while the location is a little out of the way, there are car parking spaces available and not once when we were walking around the neighbourhood did we feel at all uneasy. Staff was friendly though didn't have much interaction with them. The place is quiet (but then so is all Ouarzazate).
