The place is beauiful, whole building is brand new, the rooms are very big, clean and modern. Rooms are equipped really well- the washing machine, water, coffee, plates etc. You can cook, wash clothes everything There are big, private parking spots. The location is also great, 10 minutes walk to the city center. The most I liked the landlady, she's very sweet, helps with everything ❤️ we felt really welcomed 😊 highly recommended 😀

Waking up to panoramic sea views from the terrace was magical, and sunsets here are unreal. The host was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and full of local tips ( seafood spots and Kotor’s charm are musts!). The location strikes a perfect balance: secluded for peace yet close to beaches and attractions. Ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a serene escape. From the hospitality and kindness of the owner, the cleanliness of the apartment, the contents in it, the comfort of the bed, all the way to the nearest beach (pictures below - not even a minute's walk from the apartment), which is mostly visited only by the hosts (there is no crowd, which suits us), and the cleanliness of the same beach is on a solid level, everything was great. The air conditioner works perfectly without any problems, the owner also provided a coil against mosquitoes. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view. There is no noise, we did not hear the church bell at all. The owner helped us with the choice of restaurants, nearby attractions, they even provided us with a boat ride to Gospa od Škrpjela, which pleasantly surprised us.
