Staying in this apartment was an absolute joy. The location is perfect—not only does it offer a stunning view of the sea and the harbor, which we could admire right from the sofa, but it also provides easy access to Valletta via a short 15-minute ferry ride across the water. Traveling to the city this way was not just convenient but a truly special experience in itself. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We received clear and detailed information about both the accommodation and the local area, which made everything effortless. Howard, the owner, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-located, beautifully maintained, and memorable stay by the sea!

The owner was very helpful, and the place was safe. We loved sitting in the big terrace with a beautiful view on the old city. The house is in the square of the city with many restaurants near it. I definitely recommend this house.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the space was more than enough. The balcony was pleasant, and there were plenty of power outlets available. Water, tea bags, coffee, and cups were provided in the room, which was a nice touch. The online staff also responded very quickly, which made the stay even more convenient.

Location was perfect for us, we never struggled for parking and you could avoid the worst of the traffic. Swim spot very close. The kitchen was excellent fully equipped, great TV and Wifi + Super comfy beds. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay + Malta is awesome

There is an amazing heated pool on the roof of the building, which, thanks to the heating, can be used by any weather. Another indoor pool with whirlpool option is available in the basement floor. On the same floor there is also fitness room located. It is small but you can find all what is required in there. It is all done with love, the staff is very friendly. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The towels are soft and of a good quality. In rooms you can find the coffee machine and the teamaker.

The best hotel employees I've come across, every greet & service was with a genuine smile, professional, friendly, and perfect English. Proper breakfast. Great interior and is clean everywhere. Both swimming pools are pleasant. The spa & gym area is neat. The extra safety door lock, so they can't just open the door from the outside when you're in your room. Perfect location; you can shop, rent a car/scooter, many restaurants, a boba tea shop, out for a dance or drinks, all within a 1 km radius. And you are not going to be bothered by this lively and safe area when you're in the hotel (noise). Beautiful view from the rooftop or when your room is on a high floor (ours was on the 10th, which was the highest for the rooms). The extra attention I got on my birthday from all employees made me feel very special. Thank you, Valentina (concierge), Markus & John (front desk), Julian & Viktor (doorman), Anamika (housekeeping lady), and all the bars, restaurant, and spa area employees for making our stay extra special, we appreciate you!

    I can talk a lot - I am extremely grateful to the host of Eight Point Living 6B and his attitude! Thanks to his responsiveness and assistance, we did not give up and visited Malta. Great location of the holiday house - very close to the historic center, next to the port - in a very colorful and at the same time quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There is free parking in front of it. A cozy stone home that has all the amenities you need, AC, ceiling fans.. everything was great. We highly recommend

    Great location, in 5 min walk from bus station, 7 min walk from ferry station to Valletta. Not that touristic as Sliema or Valetta, the best location to stay and explore real Malta. The owners of accommodation have a restaurant just 2 min away with Maltese cousine and good prices.

    Lovely welcome message with directions. Code entry So no worry about keys. Great location with easy access to Valetta by boat and bus stop a short distance away to access the rest of the island. Bed on mezzanine was very comfortable. The shower had a constant flow of hot water. Simple kitchen with fridge and microwave, coffee machine was a nice bonus. Church bells were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

    All good. A perfect spot for a quiet, sunny mid-winter break. The apartment was fairly bare but clean and pleasanly spacious. The decent gas cooker was a plus. Plenty of free parking spaces on the nearby waterfront. The roof with a beautiful view across across the harbour to Valletta and Senglea.
