I'm sorry I don't remember the girls' names, but the staff was wonderful and caring, provided a lot of information. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with many small interesting interior details. The beds are very comfortable. Guests are free to use the large kitchen for their own needs. There is a parking space. The breakfast is presented tastefully, quite filling.

This place offers an exceptional service from the start until leaving the place (which you really don’t want). Receiving right after the order a super friendly E-Mail with all necessary information about the Check-in process. The Check-in was super flexible and very welcoming - I was could move into the hotel room earlier. All services during my stay where simply great and always much more then expected. Sorry for eating almost the complete breakfast cake but it was so sooooo good! Thank you Lorena - you are a perfect host.

It is really very nice boutique hotel, with a lot of personal touch! We loved every detail of it! It is close to the center and in the same time in a very quiet zone so you can sleep perfectly fine. We loved the personnel as they made our stay really nice! They helped us get around and gave lots of advices. Highly recommend the hotel if you are in Merida.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa dos lirios so much. It felt like our home, so familiar; everything was so easy-going. The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms are wonderful and spacious. It felt like we were there alone because you do not meet the other guests so much. The breakfast in the morning was nice too and the staff is incredibly sweet and friendly.
