easy to find location, very clean and with shared facilities to make your own coffee and store food in a fridge. The hotel is a renovated old family house, done with a great eye for detail. Comments said that the neighborhood is noisy and it’s true but we asked for a room with a window to the inner patio and has no issues with noise at all. The owner Edgar and the hotel staff were so friendly, they made us feel very much at home and very comfortable.

My room was excellent- had everything I needed , refrigerator, coffee , iron, large space, WiFi. Excellent staff. The owner was always checking in so there was great communication and very helpful.

The property is perfectly located to access all that downtown Oaxaca has to offer. There is a beautiful park across the street with food vendors and kids playing. The courtyard is filled with chairs and loungers that you can enjoy during your stay and the pink walls with the cacti make for a really nice ambiance. The rooms have very comfortable beds, nice linens, and the bathroom is super clean and spacious. There is 24/7 security making me feel very safe as a single female traveller and they had strong wifi that worked in the room and courtyard when I needed to work or catch up with friends. Would 100% stay here again.

This hotel has the most friendly staff! They were SO helpful and accommodating. The breakfast that they will prepare for you each morning is just the best way to start your day. It is so delicious! And the courtyard area with tables for enjoying that breakfast is the most charming. Then let's talk about the room. It's spacious, it has AC, it has a lovely bathroom and our room was so dark you could sleep until noon if you really wanted. Thanks so much amigos!
