Clean beyond expectations, and amazingly helpful and communicative staff. Easy to find as long as you read the directions provided. Location is great, within walking distance to many mini markets, food stalls, and great restaurants. The owners and staff clearly put a lot of thought into this place. Beyond the basic amenities, they also provided a hairdryer with various attachments (including a diffuser!), and a scale to weight your luggage, which was very useful for us. Would definitely recommend A Residence to any friends and family planning to visit Kota Kinabalu.

favourite place. cozy, can cook, most important is big screen tv and Netflix. I spend most my time in the room relaxing with coffee and watch nexflix. Really enjoyed the stay. And I don’t have to worries about car park safety because they have “CAR VENDING PARK”. Amazing!!!
