Calm and quiet, in the heart of the town. Very easy access to all facilities in the neighborhood including restaurants and shops. The apartment is huge, clean and modern and all amenities are available. Perfect for a longer term stay. The host is very friendly and helpful. This was such a cozy place! I was huuuge and felt huge! But also so cozy with the wooden beans crossing every room. The surroundings were quite beautiful under the sunlight. We made quite good use of both kitchens, the BBQ and the hot tub! It was also delightful to have a long walk around the region, some friends of mine even canoed, it looked beautiful! Every friend of mine had a smile on their face, and for that I'm happy ^^

The location is very good, close to where all bars are located (1 min walk) but quiet and especially for dogs with a nice park around. Very friendly hosts, nice room (large) and a strong air condition for very worm days.

The accomodation part is very new and extremely comfortable. The reception and restaurant are a former milk dairy and beautifully converted. This is an upmarket establishment. The staff were friendly and very accomodating of my dietry limitations (gluten free and vegetarian), the food was excellent. The atmosphere with other guests was very pleasant. The location is a dream, next to a river with boats, ducks (lots of ducks) and the Friesian air quality made for a great night's sleep.
