Beautiful House with Great rooms and Great kitchen. Location is very convenient to cover all the tourist spots like Stryn, loen etc. House has all the facilities required for a family. Special location! Look over the fjord, and this is the main motivation we choose it. The facility is pretty good, and outside BBQ facility is a bonus. My son likes it very much. The only thing is that the sofa bed is a bit small for my 13 years old, but overall highly recommend especially for two people.

Great logde, just like the picture, better if anything. With everything we needed. Comfortable beds. The view is beautiful. Lots of hiking trail around the logde. We had a great stay.

We were welcomed by the owner and her charming son who loved to show us all around. The grey home on the left is the family home The whole central brown building is where you stay with other groups. I think there are 3/4 bedrooms , two doubles and one with bunks. It is decorated as a beautiful home with living rooms, dining area super big, well equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely sitting area in the barn behind the house. Cowbells can be heard on the hill. Rural peaceful, out of the way. Lovely family. We also got to meet granma, grandpa and baby.

Our stay at Visnes Hotel Stryn felt like a peaceful journey back in time. The hotel has a cozy and bright atmosphere that reminded me of staying at my grandmother’s house – warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We arrived very early due to our bus schedule, and the staff kindly let us leave our luggage even before check-in time, which was a big help as it was raining and nothing nearby was open. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for those who love nature and authentic Norwegian charm.
