The hut had a nice homey feel, the electric fireplace did an excellent job at keeping us warm! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We liked the book about the owners family- nice touch.

Our two bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable. The motel is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and has fantastic views from the outdoor patios. The host is wonderful and very helpful. He offered to drive us to the glacier viewing platform which was 10 kilometres away as we didn’t have a car. So kind!

    Good location, right in the centre of Fox Glacier town. Free parking right outside. It was useful to have a kettle & fridge in our en-suite room, and we also had use of the large well-equipped communal kitchen which was nearby. Comfortable bed & good shower.
