Excellent location for a couple of days in Rotorua. Room was clean, well equipped and in a good size. Beds are very comfy and clean. They change towels every day. You can use also a small jacuzzi. Parking in front of your doors. Owner is a very friendly person who let us leave our bags for a couple of days after check out. Very recommended. Arista is close to the city center, TePuia and Wakarewarewa Park.

Such a lovely cottage that made our trip to Rotorua perfect! We’ve specially loved the time when we could bond with the animals a little bit, because you don’t often get an opportunity to just chill out with horses and ducks. Tracey was great to take the time to meet us and have a chat with us, and the facility itself is beautiful, cosy, and clean, which is just what you need for a short stay 😊

The location was close to everything. Kmart down the road, take away close by. Near the hwy for other Rotorua adventures. Check in was easy. The furniture is comfy. Beds were nice. The place was clean . The kitchen has everything you need including aluminium and plastic wrap. The host was very responsive when questions asked.

Wonderful staff member Tristen? My partner & I had unfortunate experience at another hotel & quickly booked in with Kings on Peace for the following night. Early the next morning I ring and tell Tristen about what happened & she immediately offered for us to drop our luggage off to her then (as our room was not ready yet) & carry on with our day. Adding to this, this lovely woman let us check in early before the appointed check-in time. We really felt she went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A very beautiful and modern unit. Spacious bathroom, huge wet floor shower with amazing pressure. Added bonus was having a 2in1 washing machine/drier. All necessary kitchen appliances (including coffee pod maker) and utensils with a dishwasher drawer. Comfortable bed & bedding and wardrobe for storage and nice to have a big TV to watch instead of squinting 😂. The best surprise though was the two-man spa pool on our own private deck, definitely ended the night right! 110% recommending this to anyone travelling to rotorua.
