Good location, up in the clouds, could see into the city. Nice and quiet. The studio had everything we could possibly want. We were very well provided for. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Just a studio but plenty of room for us. Excellent place.

Really well located --20 minute walk to the City centre. The 2 bed unit was compact, well equipped and really clean. The owners were really welcoming and have a lot of pride in their business. This really adds to the customer experience -- keep up the good work.

Clean, comfortable, homely, cooking facilities, close to the main town and the university and Julie and Mike and Mel were super nice. We have found our regular spot to stay in Dunedin.
