Oliver was friendly and warm and thoroughly welcomed us into the property. We had booked the entire wing as we travelled as a family. Everything was clean and tidy and the communal spaces were very spacious. Whilst we did not need it, the property is disability friendly. Though we made a blunder and locked a key card in one of the rooms, Oliver was very gracious and helped us re enter quickly. There were also AC units in each room which made things even more comfortable.

The heating in the room was great, it was always warm and cosy, the ability to cook if needed with some basic pots and an electric fry pan was also a pleasant surprise. Havig pretty of parking at the front of the room was also a bonus on the windy wellington evenings.
