It was not only the accommodation, but also the host, Mr. Ahmed, which made our stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. We are Romanians, and we have this mentality that, when someone comes to your house, to put everything you have on the table. We loved absolutely everything, so much that we extended our stay! Hamza is a true hospitality professional, he is such a kind and caring soul making sure everyone is happy at all times. We had a wonderful stay at Ahmed’s guest house. Ahmed is an exceptional host — welcoming, generous, and passionate about sharing the beauty of his village and his country. Despite it being the low season, he greeted us warmly and made us feel truly at home. He took the time to share fascinating stories about the history of the area, his traditional Omani house (over 200 years old!), and his beautiful farm and fruit fields. He also gave us plenty of helpful tips and recommendations about things to see and do in the region and across Oman. If you’re looking for a genuine experience in a charming and peaceful setting, we strongly recommend staying at Ahmed’s guest house. It was a highlight of our trip

We loved this place! It smelt so clean and was so clean the moment we stepped foot inside. There js a communal kitchen, but we also had a fridge in our room. There was a beautiful place in the back to sit and relax. Hamed arranged a tour for us to Jabal Shams and it was so convenant and fantastic and well priced. Honestly this place exceeded my expectations.
