I accidentally dropped my ID at the parking lot and one of the concierge staff was so nice to keep it. He then personally returned it to us when we arrived. The food is superb and the location is very convenient for us since we are hopping from the hotel to an event and to our in-laws place. They already have free parking space inside which is a great plus and their lobby is very welcoming!
