The weather was too bad that the ferry's weren't running, we booked this 10 mins before turning up as the location is close to the ferry port. The rooms were great, spacious, clean, with lots of amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly.

D & N LODGE in Daanbantayan provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge.

Great, helpfull and lovely hosts. The room was good size, we got homemade bread and cake(wich was amazing) and coffe. Very friendly.

The place is very well maintained and all the facilities are in good conditions. Romeo was very attentive, by far the best host we had on our 36-day trip to the Philippines. He gave us very valuable tips on how to get to the hotel. When we arrived, it was night and raining, the van dropped us off on a street near the hotel and he was there waiting for us with two umbrellas.

Very nice hosts, early connection for a ride from Cebu airport, clean place, comfortable bed, coffee, tea and biscuits in the morning, plasent staff, Amazing location (1 min. From the port to Malapascua). They also have s store you can buy things if you are missing before going away. Free good wifi

We had two stay two nights due to bad weather and we are so happy we did. Bridget the host it's an absolute star, super friendly and engaging, a Maya local that will go above and beyond to help the guests, for instance she took us to the breakfast place, it's only a 10 min walk but she insisted that we didn't need to walk if she was available to bring us there unless we decided to do so to get the local experience, locals by the way are so... so friendly towards tourists in general at Maya. The ATM didn't work, she took us to the next barangai to the one that did no charge! Really she even made us coffe in the morning, couldn't be any happier with her we feel so lucky we found her along our journey. The location it's great next to the market, bakery with fresh out the oven donuts and bread, sari sari shops and the port to go into Malapascua. The shower worked great with good water pressure and warm water! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, toiletries provided, the AC worked like a clock, the balcony was better then tv watching all the locals go about theyr day. The price was amazing for the quality that you actually get but lacks in other places more expensive over in the phillipines. We will certainly be back when traveling that route again. Thanks Bridget for making it so comfortable, pleasant and stress free to stay and travel trough Maya.

Good guy running the shop. I arrived late after a long bus ride from Cebu and he was kind enough to drive me to the only shop still open for food and also to the ferry wharf the next day. Great little place to spend the night

This place just opened, thats why there are only a few reviews. The hosts were so lovely and kind. The rooms were superclean and large enough for our stuff. We only stayed one night and the next day the host drove us to the ferry. (He even offered to drive us to a restaurant the night before but we decided to walk).
