After two years living in the Philippines, without hesitation, we can say that Cocogrove is our favorite place. Firstly, and most importantly, because for many years the hotel and its management have been proactively protecting the environment, including the coral reefs at two marine sanctuaries in front of the hotel and in Apo island ( one of the best places to respectfully interact with turtles) . Secondly, the hotel offers high quality while maintaining a traditional and beautiful Filipino style, giving us a sense of tranquility even when the hotel was fully booked. Amazing! Such a clean and comfortable room with a great location (close to everything). The best part about this place is the staff. Nenes communication was great and so hospitable. She bought me a cake for my birthday, invited us to dinner with her family, and organised a private tour for us around the island.

Really cozy place. Erwin and the staff are the best. Waiting for next time. Maybe then they'll have some merchandise. Would really wanted to have a t-shirt. Coffee ready in the morning, also bike rental provided.
