When I booked the room only room with two separate bed was available.I wrote to the hotel as we are a couple would like to have a double bed room. When we arrived we received a superior bedroom with balcony.We were very pleased.This was really nice from the hotel.Very nice staff, wide choice of tasty breakfast.

Clean and cozy apartment with beautiful furniture. It was calm inside the room when the windows were closed so that we were not disturbed by the construction works nearby. There were many nice cafés and restaurants, perfect to explore Lisbon.

Location Location Location. I stayed for a week with my son at the hotel. Just after booking the hotel the concierge service contacted us. They helped out with arranging activites When we arrived to the lovely hotel we were informed that the breakfast was included without extra cost. Very nice gesture. In the room a bottle of sparkling wine was waiting. The location of the hotel is superb. Close to everything We stayed in a deluxe twin room overlooking Rossi square. Totally soundproof. Blinds making it very dark So a very nice sleep The airconditioning had no problem keeping the room cool even though the outside temp was 39 degrees. Hotel is newly renovated and in perfect condition. We will definately come back.

The hotel is above expectations and in a very reasonable price ! The Rooms are clean and spacious with a wooden finish everywhere that makes you feel like you are in your home . Breakfast buffet with lots of choices , they also have many traditional Portuguese pastries . Staff very friendly , kind and always willing to help with everything . It’s also in a very good location , next to central places and metro station . Definitely reccomend it if someone’s wants to visit Lisbon and stay in an amazing hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel da Baixa for two days, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. A special mention to Nuno Vieiza and Tamally Guman at the bar—they truly went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality, friendliness, and great recommendations made for a fantastic experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a welcome gift from the hotel—a thoughtful touch that made me feel even more special. I had an amazing time in Lisbon, and I highly recommend Hotel da Baixa to anyone visiting the city.

For short - I loved it. One of the best hotels I've stayed so far. - Location excellent! Close by to the river side, all main attractions within walking distance. Most importantly living in the Corpo Santo gives you an impression that you are in the middle of the all events. - Breakfast - we didn't take, there are plenty of amazing places to eat around (even for vegan !!) - Room - spacious, with coffee machine and kettle; bathrobe and slippers available - Living room - that place is magnificent. I loved that we could just chill there being next to the historical site - Staff - super friendly and helpful, they are amazing at making you feel special - Included massage - that was my first and I wish all hotels were providing it. - Snacks and drinks available at all times - Included tour through the city, which is taking place twice a day. We had a pleasure to go for an afternoon walk with Beatriz, and we really enjoyed it.

We felt extremely welcome and taken care of from check in till check out. The room did include everything we needed for our visit and was well appointed. The roof top restaurant/bar has amazing views of the castle and city. The sauna, steamroom and, pool are awesome for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Don't miss out on the tasty breakfast.
