3 minutes from the Transfagerasan, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries before or after crossing the mountains. We felt very comfortable in this completely new house. Everything is new, very clean, made to a high standard and you can see that the owners have put a lot of heart and soul into this place. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and separate BBQ area are equipped with everything your heart desires. There is also a whirpool and a sauna, which can bevused for an extra charge. With the rural idyll, the impressive nature and the large outdoor area, this is a wonderful place to unwind for longer. The owners were very friendly, speak English and Spanish and welcomed us with raspberries and cherries from the garden.

I loved our balcony, it was great to relax and enjoy the view , room quite spacious, clean and cozy, comfy beds, kitchen really nice where you could find everything you needed. The owner kind and pleasant, very supportive. The pool was the best bonus for our kids😉

We liked everything: the scenery of the villages scattered on the hills, the location itself (which is quite accessible), the house and its facilities, specially the hot tub. Rooms are comfortable and very clean and all you need is at hand, exactly like in the description and the pictures on Booking. But on top of everything we appreciated the host who is a very special person, she did care about us like we were family! A big THANK YOU to you Simona, you'll be in our hearts for long!

Perfect located right on the Transfagarasan. There are secured parking for motorcycles behind gate. It seems popular with motorcycle travelers doing the Transfagarasan. My room had a small balcony perfect for a afternoon beer after all the riding. Cold beers can purchased cheap across the street in a shop. There is a cafe 50 m away, which do simply hot meals.

What a true gem I discovered on the go! The room was practical, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need. The highlight, however, was the location – these charming little cottages are absolutely perfect for relaxation. I really enjoyed my morning coffee in the peaceful setting, accompanied by the sweet chirping of birds. The location of the cottages and the surrounding area are incredible. The place the owners have created for their guests is more than just a cottage. It's a paradise for children, with slopes with slides, toy swings, dogs, roaming goats, and horses. In the evening, we were treated to plenty of home-cooked food, home-made products, smoked meats, bread, salads, beer and rakija :) and goat's milk, if you like it :) We definitely felt like guests, not customers; we'd never been welcomed like this by a stranger before. We'll remember it forever!
