    Kind cooperation and swift reply from Marius (as owner). All you need is there. The parking lot is close to the building, protected. A quiet and comfortable apartment. Two aircons are sufficient to keep the ambient temperature inside at a good level. Public transport, Lidl all that things are in close proximity.
