Absolutely gorgeous, historic accommodation in the heart of Strängnäs. You can see the Domkyrka bell tower from the bedroom window and it’s a short walk to the harbour and windmill (well worth a tour—it’s free and the guides are fantastic). Henrik and Isa have thought of every comfort and are incredibly obliging hosts. The bed is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Strängnäs itself is adorable. Its location on Mälaren makes for a beautiful outlook, there are cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There are shops, pubs and swimming spots. The train takes you to Stockholm in less than an hour and it’s not too far to Mariefred and Gripsholms Slott. I mean, what’s not to love? Henrik and Isa have good recommendations to suit your needs. You should stay here!

Our stay at this breathtaking countryside retreat was nothing short of magical. Set in the middle of a vast golden farm, the house felt like a dream come true — a charming home surrounded by over 500 varieties of roses, vegetable gardens, and colorful flowers blooming in every corner. The entire place is like stepping into a fairytale. The house itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful interior touches that show the owner’s incredible eye for detail. Every piece of furniture, every color — perfectly matched to create a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. It's spacious, fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could wish for, and designed for pure relaxation. It truly felt like a luxurious home in the middle of nature. The owners were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful — always making sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Getting there is also easy, with public transport available. The bus ride through the golden farm landscape is an experience in itself! There are bikes available for guests, and we loved cycling through the endless golden fields, discovering hidden gems like a mini beach and even a small jungle on the property. Every day brought a new adventure. You’ll need at least a week to truly soak in the beauty, peace, and joy this place offers. Has everything you need for a short stay. We had all of the information required to access so did not need to ask anything of the host it was a nice autonomous experience.

Such a wonderful stay at this well-equipped, ground floor apartment right in the middle of the historic old town of Strängnäs. Parking was possible right in front of the apartment which is not to be taken for granted in the old town. Everything of interest is within a short walking distance, the downtown area, the harbor and the cathedral. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The host Anne is very nice and friendly. She offered quite a lot of information in regard to our stay. The room is about the right size for B&B, and we like the country vibe around the premises.

Close to the Lake Mälaren, this modern hotel is located in the heart of Enköping, a city renowned for its 19 beautiful botanical gardens and parks and the town’s medieval heritage.

Super attentive and friendly staff that helped me check in very late during the night. Room was decent and unfortunately I didn't have time to experience the breakfast. All was very good and check out was very quick. Beds were comfortable and all was clean
