What an amazing place! Great rooms with comfortable beds, everything clean, super friendly staff, excellent service, delicious breakfast. Everything can only be described in superlatives. We arrived by car, the location was great. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We got what we saw at the pictures, for good price. The owner was very nice and we received a warm welcome even though we arrived late, it was not a problem. In the morning he suprised us with homemade pastry which we didn't expect, it was very tasty.

We were so, so pleased with the accommodation! The accommodation has everything you need. I think the host's attitude and the overall accommodation were both great. You will love how comfortable it is, and you'll find it incredibly clean too. Amazing! You can reach the city centre by walking.

    Nice location, just outside of Ljubljana. The "hotel" is next a very good restaurant (same owner) with a beautiful garden next to a river. Both the restaurant and the "hotel" is newly built. The hotel is a separate building with parking. Rooms are very well furbished, bathroom is spacious and modern. AC and Wi-Fi runs well. Bed is comfortable. Restaurant food is ample and excellent. Highly recommended.

    Quite a good place which is well renovated and perfect to stay some nights close to the city. It is well isolated (a train line is close to the house). The host is welcoming, even if our arrival was a bit late in the evening. It is very easy to park the car.
