The apartment was clean and had everything you need. Great quiet location with good access to both Kransjka Gora as well as Italy. The views from the apartment are amazing, great access to nature as well. Check-in and communication with the owner was very smooth as well.

    The apartment is superb. There is so much attention to detail that made it a perfect stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area is very comfortable. The outside space is very relaxing. Car parking is right outside.

    The accommodation is located slightly north of the centre of Rateče. Parking is very conveniently provided next to the apartment. The communication with the owner was excellent, the arrival instructions were very precise, and generally the owner was very flexible. The view from the ground floor is average, but from the first floor it is very beautiful! The area is very quiet, and a very pleasant sleep is guaranteed! The kitchen was well equipped.

    Good location, our room was big and very clean. There is quite popular restaurant downstairs but we had no issue with any noise or smell. The only problem was busy parking in the lunch/diner time. Breakfast (paid additionally) was OK, staff very friendly. Everything was really ok!
