The person in charge of the place, Si Mohamed, is a sophisticated person, and is completely committed to providing comfort. Apartment very clean, great decorating, lots of room, hot water, great bed for sleep. washer superb and all équipement one needs. warm and toasty as temp outside down to 5 c w windchill view from terrace 360 and serene. would be great place to sunbathe if weather warmer. in city center; one block from metro and across from mall and MonPrix grocery. beach only 5 min walk away.

We loved our stay at Karims appartment. It's located in a local neighbourhood on top of a family house, where it has a big roof terrace and some nice views over the roofs of La Goulette. This view we enjoyed very much :-) The appartment is well equipped and really safe. And the best thing was, that Karim was super hospitable, there was great communication and he did everything to make us feel at home :-) It's a short walk to both Carrefour and to the TGM train, that can take you directly to Sidi Bou Said or Tunis.

Small boutique hotel, cosy and comfortable. Nice interior, traditional style. Little rooftop to enjoy a little breeze or sunshine. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Location is also great, small cafes nearby, short walk to the beach area with lots of restaurants.
