The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are stylish and cozy. The best part is they open up the 16 floor with some snacks and drinks for people who came earlier before the check in time. This is a great idea as most hotels just have the guests to wait at the lobby. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the subway and night market.

Pure luxury. So much automation you feel like you’re in the future. The infinity pool is unforgettable. It’s like you’re swimming over the city below. I hadn’t brought goggles so splurged so that I could see the city through the water. And it was worth it! The staff are friendly and caring. It’s a very new hotel and it feels well maintained and fresh. It really does feel like a resort and not just a hotel. Great advice from the fella in the Rar Bar about where to go for great Teppanyaki nearby. Handy location with buses and the light tram nearby.

this was one of the greatest experiences i had in a hotel, not only in taiwan but ever! wish I could give more than 10 points honestly. the location was great, just a few minutes from the MRT station services are amazing (gym and laundry free of charge available) they provide a happy hour service in the restaurant from almost all day long, with free of charge snacks and drinks. Don't expect a buffet or anything like that, but we found it to be such a nice thing they do for their guests but the most amazing thing was the room, very big and clean with all the right amenities.

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. Pretty new hotel. Facility and room is nice and clean. The restaurant hasn't opened yet when we stayed there so breakfast was sent to the room at the specified time we chose. Breakfast was very delicious and portions were good. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
