From the moment we walked into the lobby of this very beautiful and historic building till we left the following day, all staff members were exceptionally accomodating! Everything was sparkling clean and shipshape, compact but very comfortable and every effort made to make our stay enjoyable. If this is not enough to make you want to book this hotel, consider the perfect location in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa.

Steve’s house was spacious, interesting and very comfortable. I had the best sleep (nearly 11 solid hours) I’ve ever had while traveling. The bed was so comfy and cosy and Steve was an absolutely stellar host.

Great attention and beautiful rooms. We are a family with two little kids, spend two nights there. The room was big, comfortable, clean. The woman in reception is very kind and the girls who clean the room very respectful.
