Clean, friendly ,helpful. Quiet, nice location. Truck parking. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Driving a 26ft box truck, arriving at 1030 at night, no one complained, I was greeted with a smile and instructions for food. I'll be staying there every time I pass through.

The receptionist Pilar is outstanding. I appreciated her welcoming with kindness and suggestions. Parking was also convenient.

The hotel was so creepy with men lingering in the parking lot I was too uneasy I didn’t stay. The place looked filthy on the outside I didn’t even go in the room. I left immediately.

This is not in the best of areas. If the add on booking.com accuratly described this location I would have chose somewhere else to stay.
The front desk is behind billet proof glass 24/7. You have to ring a bell then stand outside in 100 degree weather waiting for someone to help you. You pass them your credit card through a little slot while hoping you don’t get mugged in the parking lot.
The rooms were kind of dirty, bedding was stained and the property is dated. There is another motel 6 closer to I-10, I would stay there instead.

The room was really really comfortable with the living room and fridge, ice machine, big parking lot. The breakfast really surprised me with the variety of options. Most places keep it very simple but this hotel had eggs and fruit, waffles, yogurt etc.
Check in/out was easy and in general it exceeded my expectations.
