Two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit always burning. Comfortable pillows and beds. Large bathroom. Extra amenities for people staying there. For example, free afternoon tea and movie night in the parlor on Tuesday and Wednesday nights with popcorn and soda. Friendly staff, great coffee and breakfast. We did NOT stay overnight as I felt unsafe there, both in the facility and especially in the room itself: access door from hotel wing to customer parking lot was both unlocked and propped open, allowing access to anyone who happened by; the peep hole in the room door was plugged, so that you could not see a person on the other side of the door. I requested a refund immediately and was told to contact Booking.com, which I have done. Their response was to send me this survey. I'm not impressed.Guest review byJuliaYoung couple
