My room was nasty. Stains in the carpet, smelled and splatter on the wall. Will not stay there again. However will be doing a lot of business in Bowling Green surrounding area. The best part was the cheap but free hotdogs and burgers. Sorry but you need to clean that hole up. Not a good image for IHG brands.

Very good value and a nice room . Absolutely a clueless desk person and just an absolute train wreck at checking in . Clearly a relative of the owner or something. No one would actually hire this person
