A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

    The location is great for traveling around the lake, close to Sand Harbor and other beautiful spots. Checking in was very smooth, and we had a parking spot next to the room, even though we arrived quite late.

    Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. There are extra linens and towels for all of us. The place was clean. The place was cozy and comfortable. They offered an extra parking for our 2nd vehicle.
