Loved that the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They had everything ready in our room when we arrived. The fact that the hotel is situated in the airport is phenomenal seeing as our flight was at 5:15 so no need to be up earlier than necessary. Room service was amazing and super quick, food was so good.

The free shuttle bus was great. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean...maybe a little 'tired' here and there. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

    The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. There’s planty of space in the parking lot. The hotel is near the highway, so it’s not a walking area. The air conditioner was efficient. The Wi-Fi worked well. There is a pool but we never use it.

    Location lobby and staff in particularly maintenance. a gentleman by the name of Roger went above and beyond helping me with a flat tire in the parking lot was able to repair my tire on the spot and humbly would not even accept any compensation. He had everything ready and had me up and running, within 15 minutes of me looking for assistance

    I like the fact that it was close to Danny’s breakfast right in the same parking lot, I also like the fact that there was a shuttle that take you from the airport to the hotel The convenience of being right next to the highway was amazing as well close to everything, I also love the fact that coffee was offered in the common areas Free parking Minutes away from the airport no more than 14 minutes drive Afforded prices:)

    Complete breakfast, real plates and utensils. Most furnishings are 4-star quality, with some glaring exceptions. Bathroom has a strong bathroom vent fan. Many properties don't have a bathroom fan at all. Some earlier reviews mentioned break-ins of cars in the parking lot, so I asked staff when was the last time that happened. He said there's new ownership as of 3 months ago (and he's part of that crew), and there haven't been any break-ins during that time.

    Good location from DFW and DAL airports, good variety of food at breakfast, we were able to check in much earlier than expected, the person who checked us in was helpful, and the bed was comfortable. Also close to shops and restaurants, and the hotel provided a coupon to guests for use at a restaurant across the parking lot (we didn't use it, but it was a nice gesture).

    Cars picking people up in the early morning and kept honking. At least three different cars. Also people throwing glass bottles in the parking lot in the middle of the night.
