4 day stay for business. Everyone that I interacted with from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were genuinely nice and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Could use some cosmetic updates but great value for the price. I also found the hotel layout and parking to be extremely convenient!

Surrounded by a coastal mountain range in the centre of California, Maple Inn & Suites is located directly off of the 152 freeway. It is 5 miles east of I-5.

Love how the rooms are decorated so different from all the regular motels. The larger fridge and freezer, as we travel with a picnic that needs to be kept cold for the next day of our journey. The staff are lovely.

This motel is within one mile of downtown and Los Banos Municipal Airport. The motel offers a 24-hour front desk and all guest rooms have free Wi-Fi.

Everything from just superb. They have lovely gardens, swimming pool and Restaurant onsite. The rooms facing the Gradens was an added bonus. They even had a coin operated Laudarette.

Beds/ pillows were really comfy. Everyone was friendly. Good breakfast. Great for dogs!

The breakfast was outstanding. I think the attendant's name was Sue. She was very friendly and attentive. She made sure my dad had a comfortable chair and got him his juice/coffee. 😊 We also loved the ADA bathroom. My father is 91 with mobility issues. The bathroom was one of the best we have had!
