    The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was in the middle of town and accessible to everything.They accommodated me with a smoking room. Parking was plentiful.

    Staff is really nice, the rooms are like new and clean, there is a nice pool across the parking lot, the whole facility is not on the main road but a bit farther, it's quiet. Breakfast is really decent. Really nice Econolodge, so close to Cumberland Gap park !

    The woman who checked me in was very nice and pleasant. She put me in a room around back of the motel because I was staying 3 days. It was very quiet back there and lots of parking. Overall the room was really nice. The breakfast products they offered was very good too. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Middlesboro!
