We stayed one night but plenty of other guests appeared to be using it for extended stay. Hotel was very clean in all areas (lobby/halls/elevator/room/bathroom). Front desk staff and housekeeping was noticeably pleasant - very happy to help in any way they could. Super accommodating and approachable - they did not seem bothered by requests. As the property was new, there were no pics online of the rooms so we were taking a chance. The room we got was spacious and clean. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the security door from the lobby to the elevator was nice too. The parking space is right next to the apt. which made unloading easy.
