    The inn keeper was very helpful on arrival. The house as is described with free parking available. We aslo had the use of bikes for cycling around which was great rather than having the expense of hiring. Breakfast was good but maybe a too much.

    Property was a clean homey go to for years. I lived in the area and stayed there and sent friends and family there. Now the property is in an advanced state of decline. No less than 400 cigarette buts in the parking lot, hole in the wall, duct tape repairs, dripping stains on the walls, staff was pleasant but only when spoken to, otherwise ignored guests. There is more, but I don’t see the point, and it was more expensive than surrounding properties, I do not recommend this hotel.

    We liked that the hotel had free parking available just outside the room. The location is nice, in a green area. The breakfast was also good, but it was sweet only, not a continental one.

    The hotle is well situated with ample free parking and wifi. Room and staff I interacted with were very nice. proved to be an ideal location for exploting Cape Cod and there are some excellent restaurants close by for meals. Hotel provided a good selection for breakfast.
