A beautiful Victorian Bed and Breakfast with a large front porch to sit and relax. The location is on a quiet tree-lined street on a beautiful lake where there was a quaint seating area complete with ducks and other wildlife. It is a short walk to the beach and a boardwalk. A beautiful continental breakfast was provided each morning. I would definitely go again.

The hotel is stunning, as was our room. It's so private and wasn't too busy while we were there mid May. Staff are amazing, right from the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome. Bathroom was lovely, fantastic facilities. The shower was great, loved the fact there was a bath and the toiletries provided were lush. Outside of the hotel, the boardwalk is literally a two minute walk away and there are some great local restaurants. Everyone we met in Asbury Park was really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

The breakfast that was included was delicious. The rooms were spacious. The staff so friendly. And the beach is 100 m from the front door. Free parking, huge balconies to lounge on, cute shops and restaurants, accessible to Asbury park for a bit more nightlife. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice room in a beautiful house with super friendly hosts! Excellent Breakfast on the balcony with a great selection of homemade cooked meals A couple of steps from the beach. Great to have a stroll by the beach or the historic houses! Would have loved to stay for more than one night!

    The staff was very friendly. The property was very quiet. The location was stellar, within walking distance of the beach and the shopping district. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Parking was easy, even though we left to go out at night.
